Farrah Fawcett, an American actor, artist, and model, best famous for her portrayal of 'The Apostle'. She was nominated at least six times for the Golden Globe Award and four times for the Emmy Award. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, the actress began her career by appearing in commercials. In addition, she appeared in guest parts in television shows such as 'I Dream of Jeannie' and the 'The Flying Nurse'. Her film debut was an appearance on the French comedy "Love is a funny thing. Her name was placed as number 26 on TV Guide's "50 Greatest TV stars of All-Time'. In 1989, aged 59, she was found to be suffering from anal cancer. The cancer died three years later.
