Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress who was born on the 26th of May, 1978, in Campinas Sao Paulo. She is a well-known actress as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She manages Assassination Witness as well as being a part of the GI-TOC multilateral group. Her focus is on the illicit trade, assassinations and disappearances. Research interests include the effects of organized crime in relation to law, policy as well as legislation that relates in relation to human rights. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) with an LL.M. She also holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations through Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a qualified lawyer, having practised at a law firm focusing on legal issues involving public law for more than four years. Additionally, she has held a number of assistant positions with both non-government organizations in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
